Valid forms of payment include credit card or pre-payment by check or money order. Only U.S. Bank Credit Cards and Checks are accepted. If you want to pay with a credit card, please read the information below regarding different shipping and billing address.
If you want to pay by check, please print the final order form with shipping and billing address and mail it to us with your check or money order. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check cleared in the bank.
Credit Card Payment
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. This site encrypts all credit card information you supply and safely transmits it to our computers.
If you are paying my credit card, your credit card will not be charged until the date of shipment. Although a pending transaction may appear on your credit card, the charge will not clear or be processed until the day of shipping.
Different Bill To/Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment
The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps:
*Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card).
*Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.
*Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).
You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder at the billing phone number to verify the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that Clearly Charming strives to protect our customers.
If , at any time, an order is suspect, we may request a copy of your driver's license or ID to be faxed along with a front and back copy of a credit card, just to verify your identity. This information is only used to verify the identity of the person making the order. This protects you, the cardholder, and us, the merchant. Once confirmed, the fax is shredded. This is another way that Clearly Charming strives to protect our customers.
All in-stock items usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will order the item and ship as soon as it arrives from the vendor. This can add approximately 7 - 10 or more working days to the processing of the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to inquire about an itemís availability prior to ordering.
The shipping charge depends on the destination address, weight and size of the boxes. Most items are shipped via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. If you would like expedited shipping, please email before or with your order this request. We will manually process the expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply (approximately $6.00 for priority mail and $18.00 for express mail for up to 1 pound shipments).
Any incorrect information in the shipping address section will cause the package to be delivered to the wrong address. We cannot be responsible for this.
Occasionally there are technical glitches in our system. If an incorrect shipping charge is applied, we will notify you about the problem. We will ask for permission to process the order with the correct shipping charges. If we do not hear back or you do not agree, we will cancel the order.
Technical Glitches and Errors
Occasionally there are technical glitches in our system. We reserve the right to cancel an order if this results in an incorrect price or shipping charge. If an incorrect shipping charge or price appears, we will notify of the problem and obtain your permission to continue processing the order. If an item has an incorrect picture and/or description, we will notify you of the problem and obtain your permission to continue processing the order.
We attempt to not have any errors on the site, but they will happen from time to time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Clearly Charming will return your order in the first 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date.
All merchandise can be returned in the first 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping). If your item shipped free of charge, then $2.00 will be deducted from you return to cover our shipping charges. Shipping may be refunded only if you received your order in error. Customers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements back to Clearly Charming. If your item is defective or the wrong one, please let us know and we will facilitate a replacement for you.
